Great people, Steve took time to explain to me that I needed a new transmission told me about warranty and what was involved. Im a total novice at this as my man always took care of these things and with him gone I have been taken advantage of by other mechanics. SGS is not like that. They want you to to understand what the problem is and what's involved in fixing it and are patient while you ask questions. I was very impressed by this. They will definitely be my go to people from now on.

Have always been good to myself and my family and have done honest work for us. If we can't fix the problem ourselves then we recommend here. They are very respectful to women and don't just assume that they don't know cars either. They answer any questions to the best of their ability and explain what went wrong and why (if there's a reason why) and if they can't find the problem they give you their best guess and then let you decide what route you want to take to find the problem.
