I had a takeout order. It was ready in 20 minutes, generous toppings, and great taste. Great service for being open for business during a global pandemic.

Quality has plummeted, the taste isn't as good as it once was... and the last two times, family ended up with bad stomach cramps

I had ordered and told it would be delivered at 7:05 pm and I had not received it until 15 minutes later. My food was cold when I got it and I asked the delivery guy about what took so long. He replied rudely I have other deliveries and walked off. I tried calling the store and got no reply. Pizza Hut you need to get your head into the game and get things fixed

I asked for thin crust and got hand crust. I also ordered wings and did not receive them but I was charged for them. I'll be calling for a refund tomorrow.
