This branch will be closing soon, this is the only one I'm able to make it to with my disability, if this closes then I'll have to use my card forever. So much for customer care...
My family has been associated with the bank for decades. Outstanding commercial loan department. Outstanding consumer banking. The staff and officers represent the best of the best bankers in Kearney.
If rate higher but recent experience with bill pay online where I set up a 75.00 payment and they sent out 7500.00 doesn't earn them 5 stars. The staff are always friendly tho!
People are not even friendly. I ask to the black hair woman that I need my deposit slip from yesterday and she keep saying they already give it to me.when I ask her to check and get it. (Then she found it)She has an attitude. Bad bad service! They don't even smile, I prefer north branch I wish could drive all the way there but too far.
No Customer Service and the Mobile banking app locks you out once a week at least and then take about 30 minutes to get back in.
