Very poor customer service. Probably worst service I’ve experienced by any company or business. Will be moving banks, wouldn’t recommend anyone banking there as well
We have several accounts with WF I would never bank with anyone else.
I have to be to work by 9. Why don't you open drive thru earlier.
Not someone that leaves reviews all that much, but this rating is deserved. Staff lacks knowledge to their own products. Had to call customer service to get everything sorted out.
Poor poor customer service by the greeter and “Miss Jackie” on 02/05/2020. I will definitely be switching banks.
