Billing department is horrible. You might get your bill 8 months after the fact. They'll send you to collections even if your making monthly payments. Really takes away from a clean hospital with some good Doctors.
Front desk was rude and not at all helpful. Our grandmother is passing from an aggressive form of cancer. The ladies at the front desk would not allow the entire family to say our goodbyes very easily. We were to enter in only small groups - I could partially understand this with Corona virus - but they allowed a gentleman that apparently works here to walk in without a mask. Ummm...?? Cool...
I was sent for lab work. The staff had no knowledge as to howto accommodate my disability and sent me back home about 30 miles each way to perform the task myself and return the sample another 30 miles. Should have gone to kearney in the first place
Mallory admitted my Dad after having issues with procedure done in Kearney. Very attentive and caring. Doctors let you know what is going on. Dad loves the food too!
I would love to give this place 5 stars. They are clean courteous and very helpful! However the billing department is a nightmare! Doesn’t matter how many times you call in order to solve an issue, it never gets handled correctly. Need a major overhaul in the billing!
