I was battling my Ex on a revision of our custody terms. I was never happy with our original agreement and now life circumstances were changing and gave me the opportunity to seek legal counsel for a modification. I had a consultation and felt good about working with Daniel McKay Associates. I was impressed with him and his team, their attention to detail, the desire to fight my case instead of what might be easier. He really took time to look into situations and not back down. They continually kept me informed and checked in with me. In the end it all worked out how we wanted and we are so grateful! I would definitely recommend this company for family law.

Dan was an amazing lawyer for me. He quickly handled my divorce in a very timely manner. The process was simple, I barely had to worry about doing anything. I started my divorce with a different attorney, and because the Mediation became such a horrible nightmare, I stopped the session. His staff assured me that I would be taken care of, and they would remove all stress from the divorce. I can't say enough good things about Daniel McKay and his staff. My first lawyer quit in the middle of a lengthy divorce. When I met Daniel, he immediately offered to take my case. He and his team are supportive, kind, knowledgable, and understanding. What before was a long, drawn out divorce ended quickly and satisfactorily as soon as I had Daniel on my side. He isn't afraid to get in there and fight for you. If you need an attorney, look no further. Daniel McKay & Associates are incredible!!
