Working on an old Chevrolet project car.nMy local dealer in Texas did not have the discontinued part number I needed and referred me to this dealership. I gave them a call and sure enough they had this old discontinued obscure item not available in after market. Special bolts for cam sprockets on a 1996 Monte Carlo Z34.nI received outstanding customer service from the parts department. The gentleman made sure he had the parts in hand before quoting me and committing to the sale. The price was extremely reasonable based on availability. They took a phone order and are shipping my parts.nIf you offer that kind of customer service to people in Texas, the folks in Sutton Nebraska have a gem! Stopped to look at a pickup my husband was interested in purchasing to commute back and forth to work. Talked to the lady in the store, she gave him a cash price. We test drove it. He wrote out a check and then they went back on their price. We left without the truck. Bad business practice. Too bad we are also in the market for a 2500 Chevy truck for our farm. Lost not one but potentially two sales.
