So this is to a response I read that only gave them 1 star. I found Wiefit through a person at work. I did go to the free seminar that they offer. The seminar was very informative. I decide to join up. I was never pushed to buy any of their products. I chose to buy my protein powder through them even though you could buy on Amazon. I have lost 80+ pounds working with Brian. I started out at 39% body fat i am down below 20%. I would encourage anyone looking for help to give them a try and do it for at least 8 weeks. I would be happy to talk person to person about them.
Watching my daughter at Wiefit right now doing some agility training for soccer. Really impressed!
THE BEST TEAM! This group rocks! They keep you motivated and driven while insuring good form and challenging you. I highly recommend to all.
Do not waste your time with nutrition plan. It's a simple plan that is basically same for every person. The plan is provided on two pages in horrible format with typos and errors throughout. Rushed through it as fast as possible, supposed to get 30 minutes but it was barely 20 and getting pushed out door. Told things would be emailed to me and never were. Push supplements on you. Intro session Brian provided seemed valuable and thought the actual plan would be much better than I got for over $100.
Brian is fantastic! Very caring, very thorough, and always helpful. He will help you reach your goals in a safe and effective manner.
