I'm a Transport driver (deliver vehicles). I've been delivering to Kenesaw for about 2 yrs. As a Transporter, I have the opportunity to engage with the front and back of the house. With that knowledge, I can tell you what are dealers real and fake with customer service. With Kenesaw, I have always been treated with respect, a priority, and most of all, as part as the Kenesaw family. They're always happy to see us and joke with us! If they do that with me, I can't imagine the level of service you will receive! With that being said, many dealers that I've encountered are the opposite, treated me as a non human, not realizing, I'm a customer too! When I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle, Kenesaw WILL be worth the drive! Keep up the great work and thank you!

Kenesaw Ford is as good as it gets. Jeremy and his service staff are fast, reliable, and fair. I have visited the service department for several unique situations and they have exceeded expectations every time. Customer service is phenomenal at this small-town dealership. Worth a short trip for sure!

Very happy with my experience and purchase. I was an out of state buyer (Colorado), having trouble finding a used truck near me. And nervous and uncertain about dealing with an out of state car dealership. When I inquired about a truck they had for sale, I was contacted by Travis (sales) and then Jon (owner). Everything they told me about the car was accurate and true. They held the truck for me until I could make the 6 hour drive and Travis even stayed late on a Friday after hours to let me test drive and buy it. These guys break the mold when it comes to “used car salesmen.” If you value honesty, integrity and a good old fashioned handshake, buy from Kenesaw Motors! Thanks guys.
