I'm a Transport driver (deliver vehicles). I've been delivering to Kenesaw for about 2 yrs. As a Transporter, I have the opportunity to engage with the front and back of the house. With that knowledge, I can tell you what are dealers real and fake with customer service. With Kenesaw, I have always been treated with respect, a priority, and most of all, as part as the Kenesaw family. They're always happy to see us and joke with us! If they do that with me, I can't imagine the level of service you will receive! With that being said, many dealers that I've encountered are the opposite, treated me as a non human, not realizing, I'm a customer too! When I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle, Kenesaw WILL be worth the drive! Keep up the great work and thank you!

Very happy with my experience and purchase. I was an out of state buyer (Colorado), having trouble finding a used truck near me. And nervous and uncertain about dealing with an out of state car dealership. When I inquired about a truck they had for sale, I was contacted by Travis (sales) and then Jon (owner). Everything they told me about the car was accurate and true. They held the truck for me until I could make the 6 hour drive and Travis even stayed late on a Friday after hours to let me test drive and buy it.
