Horrible service, this bank is completely unwilling to help their loyal customers. Not to mention the staff are rude and snarky! I would never recommend this bank to any of my family or friends!
It pains me to write this review, as my dad worked for this company for 30 years. However, I unfortunately would not recommend them for mortgage loans.nThe guy in charge of my mortgage loan forgot when my closing date was. Less than a week before closing he sent me on a mad dash to collect documents that he should've asked for weeks prior.nI closed two months ago and this morning I was looking through my bank statements. Nothing had been withdrawn for my mortgage payment even though I signed up for autopay. No bill was sent. No notification for missed payment was sent. The only saving grace is that they fixed it quickly. My credit score wasn't affected and they waived the late fees.
This is my parents bank, they enjoy banking here, they feel they are well taken care of, my Dad says they are a little squirrelly at times.
This bank is unable to deal with business in the covid times. Closed branches, long waits in drive through, and short staffed. Very disappointed used to be great bank.
I've never been here before but their holiday lights are wicked. 5/5 stars.
