The service from Lonette was amazing when I was trying to figure out the best option for my family! I was only planning on looking while I planned to look at other places but decided I didn’t need to keep looking, this was the best place! The facilities are clean and well maintained!

I rented a storage unit online a couple of days ago and this morning went to the facility to complete the transaction. I met with Lonette, the property manager. Lonette was very personable, professional and helpful. She set me up for the automatic payment, talked about security and walked me through the operation of the unit and using the gate code. I am thoroughly impressed with US Storage, Lake Elmo and especially with Lonette!
