I had seen Greg's trailer in our neighborhood again and again -- clearly the neighbors were using him. So, I made inquiries and heard great things -- not the cheapest, but definitely the best. We had a challenging house. Built in the early 1900s and with three stories. It needed a lot of carpentry work before painting -- up in the eaves, rotting soffits, missing shingles... even the whole side of the garage needed repairing.nnGreg got that work done in the Fall, right on schedule and with no management or supervision from us -- he was on it. Then, in the Spring, they came back and did a beautiful job repainting the house -- trim, shingles, porch... all of it. They even did some repair work on our front steps.nnWe couldn't have been happier with the investment we made -- we only wished we'd done it sooner!
We spent a great deal of money on our restoration job. They couldn't finish the stucco work. Said a sub would be out in November. Never heard from them again. Sloppy work. Left tape all over the house. Didnt finish porch paint touch up. My husband had too. Such sloppy irresponsible work. Dont use them. You will regret it. Kristen Schwartz. Now we have to get a stucco company in the spring. Shame on Greg!
