If you are a mother and woman, DO NOT use Jeff Arrigoni. He is sexist, untrustworthy and not neutral. He will only help men. Jeff was a mediator for my custody case and he told me he was going to mute himself to supposedly draft up an agreement when he was actually having a secret conversation with the father without my knowledge. He thought he was on mute, but I was able to hear their conversation. When confronted, instead of just taking responsibility for his unethical behavior, he tried to gaslight me. Do not waste your time and money on corrupt and toxic people like Jeff.

I was referred to Jeffrey back in 2014 for my divorce. I had a marriage of 10 years and three children. I wasn’t sure if I was going to lose my children and everything I had. My first consultation with Jeffrey, he helped me understand what I was facing am I rights as a father. He was extremely knowledgeable about divorce and the perplexity of the court system. Jeffery and his staff took a huge burden and stress off my shoulders which allowed me to spend time with my children during this tough time. He’s very understanding and good at what he does. I was very pleased with the outcome and I got physical custody of my children. This year I contacted Jeffery again for a Child custody hearing. Once again I was very nervous and didn’t know what was going to happen. Jeffery took charge and handled business. With his help, I was able to retain custody of my children. Thank you Jeffery for all that you have done for me and my children.

Jeff protected me and my children throughout a complicated divorce. I wanted to be with my two kids at least half of their growth time. Jeff helped me secure my half-time physical custody to father by two kids. He explained my different options very clearly to me and helped me decide the best option (for both short and long terms) and the best approach drawn from his decades-long experience. He negotiated the best settlement I could hope for. Throughout the entire process, he always put my interests first instead of the billable hours. He was understanding, and showed he actually cared. Jeff had his sense of humor at times and ability to calm often tense situations, which was a savior at the heaviest time of my life.
