We chose Ben through our group legal plan based on proximity to our home. Without any idea of what went into estate planning or the process, we were pleasantly surprised . He offered a workshop to explain every step in detail prior to our initial meetings. His knowledge and bedside manner was awesome. Great virtual experience during COVID.

I called their office several times in the span of a month to set up estate planning. Their main phone number directs you to leave a voicemail for either Ben or Rachel. I left a voicemail for both and did not hear back from either of them.
