ATM shut down in the middle of a deposit. The deposit did not complete and the money was stuck in the machine. Member services did nothing to check the ATM so that the funds could be made available immediately.nI was told there was no one available to check the ATM.
I drive over an hour from my house to get to this bank, wouldn't bank elsewhere. Amazing customer service!
Been a member here for 10+ years, all staff are very polite and helpful, and the location is always clean and comfortable.nnI see a complaint about not being able to make cash deposits, and this is not true in my experience, my family has been able to deposit money in my account when I was unable to get to the bank myself.nnI'd like to see a small opening on weekends, but totally understand from a staff perspective not wanting to drive in for 4 hours of work on a Saturday AM.nn5 star experience in all my years here.
They utilize technology very well. The website and app were recently updated and easier than ever to navigate. Mobile check deposits and easy money transfers have made them my banking service of choice. I haven't had to step into a brick and mortar location for years. Make the drive out to one, it's worth it.nnAlso? No bull**** fees!
Decent banking experience in general, but I got a notice one day that I needed to add money to my negative balance. This is not my primary account, so I don't check it often. Turned out they'd been trying to pay someone's bill with my account on accident for three months. They fixed it when I called but never even apologized. Wrote the branch manager to let him know and never heard back. Lazy, poor customer service.
