He was knowledgeable, and explained the pricing structure clearly and up front. He told us our options, and what he recommended. He showed us what was wrong, and explained what he needed to do in order to fix it. His pricing seemed reasonable. I recommend him, and would call him again!
Michael was swift and professional. I was in my car within 5 min if it even took anywhere near 10 min. He was timely and the tools he used to help me were even safe for my car! I definitely recommend their services!
Edit: According to the now specified “$15 area” - my husbands location was just over the river & maybe a few blocks away from it. Furthermore there is no photo associated with your business that explains the specific areas as every single one I’ve been able to pull up simply states business hours & student rate discounts. Again - this gentleman does a speedy & great job but I suggest confirming prices beforehand.nnThe gentleman who came to rescue to unlock my husbands vehicle earlier this week did a good job. He was to the location within 15 minutes and had it unlocked within a few minutes. However we were charged $40. For a business that says “$15 vehicle unlock” in their business name and states a $15 flat rate fee during normal hours (8am-7pm) on their advertising I was beyond confused at the inflated rate as it was a weekday morning. Anyways - my husband isn’t confrontational so he never addressed it when the gentleman was there but beware of the pricing.
