Buying was great and so was the manager. The zip line was a different story. Night and day on management attitude. I would say 5 stars buying,but zero for zip line. I would recommend management training to improve the quality and treatment of employees.nnAs for the reply when I had not put anything on my review yet just gave it one star. Thank you for wishing me luck and I wish it back to you as well. I do sincerely hope you improve and can be more successful.

The lady that helped me over the phone, so sad I did not get her name, was so helpful and related with me on a personal level. Which is rare these days for the person on the other end of the phone, to be kind, interested in your day, and happy. All around could tell she was happy to be helping people and loved her job.

I have never been greeted by any CSR who was as upbeat and kind as I was today. This company is definitely doing something right with their training. I’m almost sad that I paid off my account and won’t have the pleasure of interacting with them again. Thank you for a positive experience!

Today I got to speak with a wonderful woman named, Jamie. You'd have thought she worked at Starbucks with her bright and cheery attitude, not a debt collector! She was the best call of our day and was so pleasant.

I just had an awful experience today, we called today to pay off our debt and close our account.nHowever, we were told that the deadline for zero interest financing promotion we were promised has ended last week, and we now owe over two thousands dollars of interest, what?! We only decided to finance with them in the first place because of this promotion they offerred us and we never were told this IMPORTANT detail by the salesman. We feel completely deceived and scammed. I asked this to be waived and I will pay off whatever the principle amount is left as I was promised, for this is not okay that we never have been notified of this or given an access to the contract and I shouldn't be responsible for almost double amount of what I had owed in the first place. The rep said they need to investigate this and will contact me back, but she couldn't give me a sure answer on how long this will take. This is incredibly upsetting and unfair. I am going to wait for a week til they reply back to my complaint. If they charge us wrongfully, I believe this will need a legal action. I am also going to file a complaint against the salesman and the rainbow vacuum company as well. I will fight for what's right whatever it takes.
