If I could give 0 stars I would. Talk about the WORST customer service in the area. Called customer service and they LIED about functions available to me while the drive through was closed, AGAIN. I then called customer service in hope they’d do their job and help me, instead I was told if I had an issue I’d need to drive an hour away to get help at a different branch. In total, this is unacceptable. Banks should be a trusted institution. This one is not. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere that respects you.

They definitely need earlier drive up hours if the lobby isn't open. Not convenient at all.
Very upset sat on hold for hour . To speak to someone. And did not! My account was fine last night now I have an 200 over draft! What? If this is what the meeting of banks is I'm out !
The manager here is really very nice and helpful. goes above and beyond to help. All the employees have always greeted me with a smile. I always prefer to visit this branch location versus talking with customer service.
