My experience with trustone has been nothing but perfect. In fact tomorrow I'm going to refinance my boat with them hopefully, which will be my 4th loan through trustone. Always had excellent rates and great service. The app is great and the mobile deposit.(mobile deposit could have a higher weekly max)
Not impressed what so ever. They apparently milk things out until last minute and everytime I've gone in there for anything the on site personal have HORRIBLE attitudes. This is the last time I'll be using them for anything, next time I will go somewhere else.

The staff here are quite nice and professional enough, but if you can only afford low or minimum payments on an auto loan you may want to consider other options.
Absolutely terrible customer service, we went in to inquire about getting an auto loan, and despite the fact that the place was dead and the bankers up to the branch manager were completely unoccupied otherwise they pawned us off on the secretary who didn’t know anything about getting the process initiated. She was as helpful and nice as she could be but simply was trying to do the job that the rest of them were unwilling to do.
