I helped sign up our daughter for a checking and a loan account. She got $100 for us referring her. The other $100 was not sent to me our my significant other, but the loan officer actually gave herself the $100 referral. I was shocked that she would actually have the nerve . I am about to close all 3 of my accounts there due to this. The loan officer should explain how and why this happened, than resign. I have been a valuable customer for years and now lost respect for the credit union over a $100 referral.
These guys are great; been going there for a long time. The ladies that have been there the longest know how to take care of anything. Very kind.
I’ve been going to another location for 2 years and today I was running errands around Waite park and decided to try something new, I was greeted not only by 1 person but everyone on staff, they engaged in conversation and It made making a payment quick and easy, definitely going to be coming back to this location from now on.
THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD PUT MY MILLIONS
I have been banking with them over 15 years and never had a problem. The staff is very friendly
