Andre answered every question before I even knew to ask. He is not pushy and he does not deliver a pitch. Just friendly and transparent. He has real tact. Oh yeah this is a review about the storage facility also...what can I say it’s storage. Clean, gates, cameras, an unscheduled stop for a last minute forgotten item. It’s a stop I just might mind a little less, thanks Andre!
I just signed up for a storage unit here. The place was clean and both heat and humidity controlled. Andre, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He made the process easy and answered all my questions!

Andre is the best. He is funny, caring, and understanding. Our move in was great. I will give another review while we are renting and then another one on move out. His co-worker Joe was helpful during the initial process when discussing pricing. This may not be the least expensive unit in town but the price will not go up month after month like other storage places. This is climate controlled. So far, I give Ironclad Storage an A+.
