If I could they would get stars taken away. Me and my sisters went there to get a pepperoni pizza for my family for lunch. We were told to wait 15 minutes done they brought it out and it was wrong so they made it again and it was another 15-20 minutes we waited about 30-35 I went in and they gave our pizza to someone else the. They made ANOTHER PIZZA number 3 and we finally got it good enough. We waited there for three hours for a pizza how hard is it to make a pepperoni pizza? Don’t go there terrible
I don't really care for little caesars pizza cause there is to much sauce to cheese ratio. And I'm not to crazy about their sauce maybe if there was a little less sauce and more cheese. But I go to little caesars pizza every now and again for their zap packs which are absolutely amazing on everything else that I make at home. The zap packs are worth the 5 dollar pizza.
Worse experience ever. What has happened?
Cheap, fast, and yummy. I always order on the app. No point to order there and wait 15 minutes. Employees are friendly and awesome! 😊
We will NEVER visit this place again. We went through the drive thru, and ordered 2 simple (Hawaiian & Pepperoni) pizzas with a crazy bread at 6:30pm with the intent of being quick.
We were told there would be an 8 min wait to cook the Hawaiian pizza. I was fine with that. Well two visits through the drive thru and two phone calls we got our order at 7:13pm. It literally took them 43 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza.
What a joke. The customer service displayed by the drive thru employee who attempted to tell me my order was placed at 6:47pm (looking at the wrong order) even after giving him my receipt (system error he said even though I have a call record showing the timeframe) instead of quickly fixing it displayed this companies terrible customer service.
To top it off I wasn’t given anything to apologize for the blatant mistake. I am discussed. What a waist of time. Not worth my $15.00.
