There was only one front-of-store employee at 5:30 pm on a Friday night. The poor guy was doing the best he could, but in addition to serving a line of pick-up customers, he was also trying to take orders being phoned in. This was not a criticism of the employee, but points out a process improvement that is needed. Phone calls should be taken by someone by someone in the back so your live, in-person customers get undivided attention from an employee who is focused exclusively on serving them.

We ordered delivery two hours ago, got a text saying it was out for delivery about 10 minutes later, and when it hadn't been delivered an hour after that I called in to check up on the order. I was on hold for 20 minutes after indicating I was calling about an already-existing order before I decided to call in on another phone and say I was calling about placing a new order. Guess which call was answered 30 seconds later? Don't worry though, I was placed on hold IMMEDIATELY. In fact, I'm still on hold. It's been more than 30 minutes. Save yourself some frustration (and hunger) and go literally anywhere else.

There have been multiple wrong orders, or missing parts, to orders that the store always says they will credit but never do. This time, the entire order was wrong when delivered (ordered online, doordash delivered). Called the store, employee immediately put me on hold with no explanation. Called a second time, got booted to the call center within seconds and got put on hold. After 10 minutes, hung up and called store again. Employee wouldn't listen to me at all, sent me back to call center (cutting me off mid-sentence in the process) where I spent another 25 minutes on hold. Unbelievably rude. Eventually, went INTO the store with receipt and online order pic. Seems my order was actually still just sitting there - two hours after ordering. And no one at the store thought to check why an order for delivery was still not picked up?? Or they certainly couldn't even be bothered to spend more than 20 secs on the phone to work it out. This would be zero or one stars. The only reason I gave 2 was because, after driving out of the way and going into the store, they gave us our order and refunded with credit (though I have yet to see if refund has gone through or credit actually applied, I have my doubts at this point). But why bother ordering delivery here at all? if you absolutely must have Pizza Hut (instead of say, Dominoes or Papa John's where I have never had an order go wrong), you'll need to carry-out to get any semblance of good service at this location. And don't bother trying to call with any issues. They have no interest in helping you over the phone.

Ordered through Pizza Hut's website and it was delivered through a third party Door Dash. I worked with door dash before they steal from the Independent contractors they sign contracts with. Example: Order comes in for $14 and I accept it. After delivering I asked how much they tipped as door dash doesn't show me through the app. They said $14. I completed the delivery and got paid $15. Door dash paid me $1. 100% of the tips is a complete lie! My guaranteed amount per delivery was $6.55 at the time so this one delivery should have been $20.55. Back to my point they used a third part without telling us or asking us and also the pizza was burnt. I tried to call and get a refund but no one would answer, after 45 minutes of listening to hold music I drove to the store to get a refund. Eventually they resolved the issue but he gave me attitude the whole time. Never ordering from the pizza hut again. Rude service and bad communication.

When I placed the order at 5:40pm it said it would be delivered at 7:40pm. We did not get the one large pizza and 8 wings until 8:45pm and had no idea it would be delivered through DoorDash. DoorDash was actually prompt when delivering the food I believe Pizzahut was largely at fault for this horrible dinner. When we finally got the pizza it was rock hard and not even close to being warm. The cheese was like cardboard and the crust was hard to bite off. The boneless wings were not even tossed in the sauce, they were carelessly thrown into the container with the Buffalo sauce poured on the bottom (it was like plain nuggets with dipping sauce) We did not enjoy this dinner at all
