Kim Prchal directed me 7 years ago with a tennant issue with a free 1/2 hour consultation. Following her advice problem was resolved. I told her I would be back with future legal needs.nLast year I needed to get some estate planning done. She provided me with 2 TODD's, health care directive and assigning a power of Attourney.nAll correspondence was fast, professional and I felt all at reasonable cost. I even got to have my first ZOOM conference..nCould not be happier with Kim and her partners/staff that helped me get this done. Will go to her for any future legal needs.
