Their chicken Alfredo pizza had absolutely no chicken. Tried to tell them. Asked for the manager and the person on the line would not pass me to the manager. Said he made my pizzas yet they don’t put any more toppings on the pizza though you papa size it..... they would not admit their mistake. Pepperoni pizzas had nothing on it but 1 pepperoni per slize... never again.
The pizza was really good but, I order three pizzas and cheese bread, I only got two of my pizzas and the most expensive one wasn’t there, so I called them and they said the delivery driver called and said they dropped it off at the wrong house so was bringing me another. Over an hour later and they still didn’t bring me the pizza so I called them again and they said the driver told them they brought it to my house the first time and wouldn’t give me my pizza, I usually don’t ask to talk to managers. But I was very upset with my visit.
Got a cardboard pizza flavor called them back and told them it was gross and dry and made everything again and then it tasted like papa johns
Everytime I have ordered delivery they dont get it right, even after I tried to confirm my address was correct, the girl on the phone was very rude, the delivery guy made it right and still brought us our pizza after we called in and cancelled the order
