I have used this mini storage for about 14 years now and they are excellent. Clean facility that keeps rodents in check and property kept up. Keeps on the lookout for things. I had locked my door open by accident one time and they called me to let me know so I could take care of it. Also, when my card for charging has changed and I forgot to tell them they didnt harass me with fees and stuff. They called me for the new info and we were both happy. Highly recommend.
Was very easy to deal with, easy in easy out. Never a problem, lots always plowed and clean. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks for a great dry place to keep my stuff and NO MICE!! At least not in my outside storage. Very happy! Thank you.
Great customer service, always safe and secure.
We rented from several different storage facilities and this one was by far the best. Very clean, nice setting, reasonable prices. We were in an out several times and gate always operated perfectly. Another plus was you don’t have to use a special little plug lock like I have seen with other places.
I have rented storage from New Prague Mini Storage on two different occasions and I could not be happier with the their facilities, security, and customer service.
