I'm with the PTA and we ordered box lunches for the teachers from this Jimmy John's. I was so impressed with how easy it was to order 40 lunches on short notice, the manager Kati was awesome. I was also surprised to see that all the box lunches had been labeled with the teacher's names. We will definitely be ordering from this store again.
I came in to get a sandwich and the general manager was very loud and rudely yelling at her employees. She greeted me as I walked in and then proceeded to yell at everyone to come take the register even though she was already standing in front of it. My sandwich was then made incorrectly which I didn’t complain about I just ate it the way I got it. But when I asked for napkins she yelled at everyone else again to get them for me when they were right in front of her. Very poor customer service skills, I did not enjoy my dine in experience.
Seriously freaky fast... I don’t think it’s was even 10 minutes from order to my doorstep! Even during lunch time! I’m super impressed!
springville jimmy johns is awesome the manager kati is always super helpful and friendly and keeps the store super clean! definitely my favorite jimmy johns fast drive through, and fast delivery very impressed!
It’s a good place to Eat. They are super fast and good!
