I am beside myself! I needed to purchase $100 worth of Visa gift cards for a contest at work. I paid for the cards $109.90 and the clerk, Courtney kept receiving an error message everytime she would swipe them to activate them. Finally, the transaction timed out, but I was still charged for the cards with $0.00 on them and now have to jump through hoops and an investigation to get them activated or receive new cards. Please Please Please avoid this store at all costs.
The staff is rude and the store is dirty. I was shocked and mad as hell over the comments coming out of the employees mouth. I don't understand companies that don't take more pride in their facilities. I will never enter this place again.
Love this place, but found the ball to a piercing in my food.
Place is a joke. Took 65 year old man 10 mins to get his ID out if his wallet. Really lines to long and customer service no help. Management's a joke as well as the store I no longer shop there.
Worst experience of any retail establishment in my life. Will waited on me and could be the worst customer service person I have ever encountered in my life. I have never been treated so poorly. And when I said something to him about it he laughed at me when I walked out. Don’t want to pre judge but by the lack of teeth it’s hard not to. I think he was on something.
