I ordered 3 Chicken biscuits, 3 Sausage biscuits and a mocha frappe and let me tell you this... I have ordered food from all kinds of different McDonald’s and this one was perfect. My food was fresh. The Biscuits was Soft, the chicken was cooked just right. I asked for grape jelly and they even gave me a few extra. The frappe was amazing and they made it just right! I will be coming back to this location 100% and I’d recommend this place for breakfast anytime and any day.. thank you for the amazing experience
Very disappointed. The employee taking our order was sweet. She did nothing wrong. The employee who handed us our food was terrible. He first handed us the wrong size and flavor frappe. Then told us bye after that we told him we got a large and he handed us a large frappe with the right flavor then told us bye shut the window and walked away. We stayed there and when he came back he say what do you want. We told him we had more to our order he argued and said that we only got a drink. We gave him the receipt and he looked then crumbled and tossed our stuff in a bag handed to us and said there then shut the window. Every time we go to this location there’s always something wrong.

This McDonald's is consistently....consistently bad. Double lane drive thru is a joke, and not a funny joke. I think this establishment lacks any motivation to provide any food service for northern Kentucky. Not sure why I bothered coming here
