Excellent campground, helpful and friendly hosts, nice clean bathroom and a dumping station.

Really enjoyed going to this park. Now they have turned most of it into seasonal camping. Very hard to get a reservation. Why would you let people camp all season in a county park!? Very nice showers, host are very friendly. No beach. If it didn't allow seasonal campers I would give it more stars.

Good atmosphere. Other than us and another camper everyone else was local so, lots of friendly people. Since the lake is a main attraction, it seems like all other options are not cared for as much but we still managed to hike (only few yards deep though) on some of the poorly maintained trails. Bathrooms and shower ok but do not expect too much. Overall, nice peaceful place to bring a family.

Some long term residents and locals but pretty quiet. The lake was high from all the rain ( July 2019) very reasonable prices
