Copied an uncommon key. Had to have it shipped to my home, inconvenient but understandable for a kiosk. The copy looked significantly different from the original! Very noticeable differences such as larger gaps or spaces in the key. Surprisingly enough it still works in my door. Which makes me question locks in general and not the service provider at all!
