very rude customer service. was not willing to help what so ever. the tone of the whole appointment the man was not concerned how we felt, his only concern was we were bothering him. i don’t recommend anybody coming here
Someone answered the phone promptly. I really appreciate that as I do not call Banks very often. When I do, I would like someone to pick up the phone. I've had helpful meetings with Bankers here. Today I needed to talk to someone in the branch about their hours during the pandemic and information about getting a cashier's check.

Great tellers to work with.
You either like it or hate it. I personally like it even if it’s the busiest bank in Minnesota lol. Staffs are nice and don’t discriminate between races. I been to other branches where the staffs doesn’t want to talk to you if you’re Asian so it gets frustrating dealing with humans like them.nBut in this branch, you have nice Customer services and understanding staffs that will apologize if they’re in the wrong.nThe only down side is waiting times and parking lots.
