Not sure why I had to get out of my car and use my check card to unlock the doors to the bank, just to deposit money in an atm directly inside. It's almost 2020. Let's get this up to date.

I had to write a review for the stellar customer service I received at this branch. I needed a notary at 5:45PM on a Friday evening. They were open until 6PM, and I got there right before the doors were going to close. The notary (and I regret not knowing her name) was so patient and awesome. She stayed after 6-on a FRIDAY-to make sure everything was taken care of. A+++ customer service. I love banking with PNC, but this just reassured why it is so great. Thank you!
