I've had mixed results here when it comes to getting my load in a timely manner. Been done in 20 minutes and have sat waiting for nearly 3 hours.

Very nice and efficient, wish all companies were this well run. Called them ahead of time to ask about loading early. I got there 3 hours early and loaded in 30 minutes.
Extremely friendly staff in the shipping/receiving office, got unloaded quick, which was good as onsite is a little limited.... But it's close to the Kwik Trip truck stop so there is parking available
Nice people! From the time I got there to the time I pulled out of the dock was a total of 40 minutes. Real impressive compared to most cold storages! More than happy to go back there anytime! Great job people!!!!
