If you're a truck driver, make sure you aren't in a hurry. I called 5 hours ahead to confirm loading times. Arrived WELL within the confirmed times. Was told by loader that I would be done in 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Checked on load status 2 hours later, they hadn't even started loading. After 5 hours of waiting, I was finally loaded, but then u had the joy of waiting for another 23 minutes for my paperwork to get done. Thanks for adding an extra day to my trip home by wasting all of my service hours. The extra two hours cost me a lot!
Great people working here and loaded me quickly.
