Paul Spyhalski is the most pitiful excuse for a lawyer and human being I've ever encountered in my entire life. Mean, rude accusatory, does not return phone calls, seeks ways to aid the apposing side. It's clear to this observer why he's a public defender and must be given clients. Can't imagine anyone in their right mind hiring this man for anything let alone a lawyer or defender of ones rights. Stay clear at all costs.
