I have been with this gym for about 5 years now. This has been the only gym I have consistently gone to. I have tried the normal weight gyms, but get bored fast and never really understood what to do. At impact, you have a trainer by you during the workouts, who ensures you do an exercise right! Impact is one big family and we support and push each other!
Coach Troy really knows his stuff. He leads great classes that get you moving, stronger and more fit.
Not really a gym, more of karate thing, bad customer service
