Anytime fitness in Austin is well overdue for a remodel. Huge rips in the carpet, equipment hasn't been updated in years, water fountain is duct taped together, other than that the gym has pretty much everything you need to get a good workout in.

No staff is ever there to help you in the office. Been trying to cancel membership, no one will call you back and no one with reply to email. Non-existent owner and staff during office hours that are posted in facility.

Went to this location twice during their posted ‘staffed hours’ and no one was there. I called and left a message saying I wanted to join and no retuned call. I then when to the Albert Lea location hoping I could join there and use the Austin gym. Apparently, you need to be a member for 30 days before you can use a different gym. You also have to cancel at the same place you join. I would advise everyone to stay away from this location. The management is clearly dysfunctional, not available when they post they will be and will not return your calls. This is unacceptable.

My suggestion is ...This gym need to remodel and there is a huge space at front of it also all those equipments are too old .NOT comfortable to use (broken). Not too many equipment there too but charged a lot:( . Need to bring more equipment, remodeling ,add swimming pool or Sauna room, please. That way can make people exciting to come and work out. I hope the owner will respond with this.nnThanks you.

Needs to be remodeled BADLY. I've had my membership for almost 7 years and in 7 years nothing has changed. Ceiling leaks, carpets are stained, just has a generally run down vibe. I don't see why they can't expand and update with all that extra space now since the mall closed AND being completely closed off from shopko and the movie theater. It's just wasted space at this point that one would certainly think could be used as a newly updated fitness center ud83eudd14
