I'm seeing some negative reviews about this branch so I thought I'd shed some light! I have always had a good/satisfactory visit here, whether I use the drive through or the lobby services! They're always professional, prompt, and friendly! I have seen them be kind and patient with the elderly, and accommodate language differences. Joe and Sondra are just two of my favorite friendly faces there. Hope this helps someone, thanks WF peeps for being awesome at what you do, and helping me find answers when I need them!
Lobby is closed, despite hours on door and posted in google. You have to make an appointment to see a banker. Drive thru is backed up to the street in all lanes.
Could not answer simple questions about a loan. Poor customer service would give a negative rating if possible.
Even though it got difficult they don't know how to help an customer worst bank experience in my life
