I've come twice in the last two day and they have not cleaned the bathroom toilet ud83eudd22ud83dudca9 and overall is dirty. The staff are kind and helpful.

It’s Caribou, so it’s all right. There is a lot of rotation in the employees so the quality is somewhat inconsistent. The bagels are good enough. They are steam bagels, not real bagels, so they are a little too soft. But they are fresh and good for sandwiches.

Not impressed with this Caribou and Einstein bagels, we’ve been here 6 times in the last two months. Each time we have asked for our bagels toasted or even extra toasted and they always come out barely toasted and seem like they were toasted just long enough to get warm. Last visit we ordered a juice boost and it was pretty much all ice which is frustrating when you pay $5.

I love caribou but me and my husband have been dairied for the 4th time. Nothing was done about our coffee order being completely wrong and was given an employee help hotline number.....not a very good experience especially when you are sick from it. Very upset I can’t even enjoy my coffee!

I am an avid coffee and tea drinker, I also truly love the bagel sandwiches at the Marshall location, but I have had more mistakes than good experiences! I am lactose intolerant and they have definitely given me regular milk when I was charged extra for coconut or almond also have just straight gotten the wrong thing. Today tho was the day that pushed me over the ledge... I spent almost $13 this morning for a not toasted cold Chicken and Tater began AND I have not taken a drink out of my coffee as I like it to cool and let the foam settle and my large coffee cup is less than half full.
