Our Company Purchased a Winco - WC5000H Generator From H-Mac Systems November 13, 2013. The engine surged from the first time we started it.nIt has a Honda engine that will not run without surging. We have taken our time and our expense to take the unit to a Honda repair shop twice. The repair shop blamed it on dirty gas. We have several Small engines and trucks all supplied with gas from the same tank. We were told to take it back the third time. I did not want to make another trip from Terre Haute, IN to IL. We however recorded how is starts surging as soon as a load of only 1600 watts is connected. H-Mac has contacted Winco and Honda for us, but with no positive results. I personally would not recommend Winco or Honda Engines for your generating needs.
