Very poor customer service. Canceling they require you to physically go to the gym in order to create as many hurdles to canceling as possible.
I've been a member at this one for 3 years. The trainers and staff are friendly. I've been impressed with the past two managers and their willingness to make people feel welcome. I'm in the military and periodically leave for long periods of time, they are helpful and understanding when I need to put my membership on hold. They have free weights and machines at my disposal which is nice. I'm excited for the new location to open as the current one is a little small.
