They were very slow, there was a car in the next lane that had multiple orders when I get to get my food they had her and I mixed up, all i ordered was a happy meal with coke to drink, 2 double cheeseburgers and a large coke they started handing me a lot of food and drinks I told them that wasn't mine it took forever to get my order and they gave me 2 large diet cokes I told them I should get 1 large regular coke and a kid size coke they say it doesn't matter they're the same price no matter what size you ordered he is 5 years old and can't drink a large and a diet as well, they finally got it right after 20 plus minutes at the pick up window!!!! I had a bad experience this time at Alexandria McDonald's ☹
Honestly what would you except from a MacDonald's. The service is good. Although sometimes they might mess up your order, they are still very kind and they give you what you need. The playground needs a bit of sanitizing but overall it is a slightly above average McDonalds.

Cheeseburger was awesome!!!
I've had some mixed feelings about this location over the years. We'll today they earned their 5 stars!nnEvery employee was wearing masks and gloves, everyone was smiling and courteous. Food was hot and fresh even though it wasn't horribly busy. And my favorite part was the management actually interacting and cheering on the crew. You don't see that enough. I hope this trend continues!
