My son had a horrible work accident in 2017 and we were working with another attorney for over a year until we had a falling out with him so we had to hire another attorney quickly due to upcoming hearings and we were left in quite a bind. I did some research online and found Noack Law firm in Mound. I strongly urge others to interview attorneys more than once before retaining an attorney. I felt that as soon as they were retained, we struggled to get our questions answered until a mediation was immediately pushed for and a settlement was immediately pushed for. I actually talked to another attorney and pretty much was told that we were kind of stuck in the decision that we had made to retain this law firm and that the case was too far along for another attorney to even make any money on it since there was an offer on the table through the mediation. In my opinion, this law firm pushed hard to settle the case as fast as they could and they did not seem to care that my son still needed medical treatment or had a permanent disability or not. It was all about making money quick. I personally would not hire this firm to represent me. My son settled the case only for his own peace of mind. He dealt with people pushing him continuously for over a year and we were sick of the dumb games that everyone seems to play no matter what the cost is to the injured.
