Overall customer service is rather disappointing at this location. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, I felt like I was bothering them anytime I would call or stop by. Not friendly at all

Never had a complaint here! Been going here for years and it’s an icon in Alexandria (mostly for landmark directions). Staff is always friendly and courteous and if they can’t solve your issues the staff will find someone who can.
Great service, friendly people and clean facility
Everyone is cordial and eager to help. At times it is a bit slow, but I am from the city where no one knew my name. Spending a couple extra minutes for personal attention is worth the wait. Great job Alexandria... keep doing what you're doing.
