I have been training with Darcy remotely for several weeks now and he made my first time with a personal trainer an awesome experience. I would highly recommend him and I am a pretty picky person. He not only created and personalized a workout routine just for me, but he gave me a lot of dietary instruction as well. He shows concern for my mental health and stress level (he checks on this during every session) because it affects my eating and exercising and he wants to help me do a better job at balancing it all. He educates me in a very supportive way so that I maintain good form, lift weights correctly, and get the most out of my workouts. I love this about Darcy because he doesn’t just focus on the exercise. He’s tuned in on everything and he makes it about the whole person, which is way more than I expected--and, as a result, I’m not only seeing my body change and get stronger, but I’m much more aware of my breathing during my workouts, the progress I’m making with core strength, my posture while I’m sitting at my desk, the food I’m preparing, and my water intake. I am even working on getting more sleep now thanks to Darcy. He’s the absolute best and I look forward to my workouts with him!!! I leave every session exhausted but feeling great!

I've been training with Conor for a few weeks during the Covid crisis and it has been a lifesaver! He really takes the time to understand your body and gives super helpful instructions as to what you need to do better and proper form. I am sweating like a pig when we finish even though we use minimal equipment (a yoga ball and some blocks). It's the only way I have been able to not gain a million pounds during the stay at home. So grateful this exists!

I am a senior citizen with Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have been working with Dario for a few months. I appreciate his willingness to adjust the session exercises according to how I am feeling on that day. His kinesiology degree and his rehab experience is evident in the way he tailors the exercises to my specific needs. He is always prepared, professional and pleasant. I have increased my stamina and my ability to balance. With his encouragement I have started walking almost every day, I was concerned that I would be too boring for a skilled trainer as he is but he always makes me feel that my accomplishments matter and that my small successes are as important as anyone that is training for a serious fitness event.
