As a new customer I was treated very rudely from a pharmacy staff member. She was very short with me over the phone as I was trying to get my prescriptions filled and transferred. I encourage CVS to make sure their employees our professional and courteous to the customers. That should be a top requirement if you want to have a good reputable business.

Went in to get a passport photo and two employees told me at first that they provided them and then a few minutes later, randomly told me that they did not. They seemed very confused. Later after I had left, I called the location and spoke with a different employee that said they absolutely provide passport photos and he just printed one for someone. I told him about my experience, he did not apologize or offer a solution.

Generally helpful staff, but the inventory at this store is often not well managed. I've had multiple times I have come to this store looking for CVS-branded OTCs and found them to be out of stock; the smaller store down the road is seldom out of the same even on the same day. This store used to be 24x7, but without that and without well managed inventory they don't offer much reason to shop here instead of the other CVS any more.

Went to CVS to get a flu shot. The pharmacy was busy so I had to wait a bit. But staff was friendly and the pharmacist that gave me the shot did a great job.

Pharmacy is horrible!!! They do not know how to bill or run prescription via insurance. Every single prescription they gave me total to pay $417 instead of $30. And it happened 5 times. I called my insurance and they said that your pharmacy does not bill correctly. Medicine is changing people's life. because of them, I needed to take insulin pins instead of 1 pill/day. using needles on daily basis instead of pill, changing person's life completely. Also, even to get insulin i had to talk to this pharmacy and insurance few times because it took them awhile to get approval. I am definitely planning to switch, be careful!!!
