I have been storing for like 2 years now. Sorry this is late Paul. Let me tell you a few things about Paul if you need help with something he is your go to! The district manager Elle is also amazing in a pinch. Thank you guys for all you do!

Melody was extremely helpful with finding a storage unit that met my specific needs. Friendly, well informed, and professional I was able to make the move easily. I like the wide lanes that allow trailers easy access to the unit

Really friendly environment. Had my reservation on online and when I came in the next day had my storage going right away. The lady Melody did such a great job at explaining every detail for you. First time storage renter here and it was a good place to begin with. Thanks public storage.

Paul has been super helpful with every step of the process. Even helping me to fix double payment mistake on my end and keeping in contact until everything was figured out. The units were super clean and easy to access.nAny questions I had I was able to call and if Paul was not able to answer I would just leave a message. Paul would then call me back very quickly.nThank you for making this part of moving easy for my family. I would recommend using this location for any kind of storage need you have.

Paul is the manager of public storage in Ramsey Minnesota and has done an excellet job, and throughout the years I've been with Public Storage he has consistently helped me out and has kept me informed of all changes thru out these yrs, when I forgot my gate code, and reminded me when my unit was not locked ! always such a comfort too know he Cares and helps out when he can thank you so much...Mike
