This dates back to 2018 when Mark Berglund was acting as the city attorney for Blaine. I had gotten a bogus ticket in a school zone and he knew it.nnIn the interest of justice, many prosecutors would accept evidence or be upfront with the judge. Instead he tried to bully me into a plea and was less than professional during the trial even at one point refusing to respond when I asked him a question about the presentation of evidence.nnAs soon as we were each done presenting our case the judge ruled immediately and scolded him for pushing it that far. It was a waste of my time and tax payer money.
