I set an appointment two weeks ago for Wednesday, February 26 at 5:15 at the Anoka office. I got there at 4:45 no one was there but I waited I called at 5:25 and the lady said oh yeah you’re on the calendar let me see if I can reach the attorney and I’ll call you back no one called me back I called at 5:40 and they wanted to reschedule for me. No excuses no nothing just saying , we still want your business let’s reschedule. That is not the way to run this I left work early to make sure I was on time and the common courtesy would have been to call me before I got there!! Very unprofessional. Very disappointed
